BMW N47 Intake Manifold Swirl Flap Delete Kit

Blanks are made from high quality billet Aluminium and includes 4 gaskets;

This component is created to fill the gap in the N47 intake manifold after the swirl flaps have been taken out. The enhanced design facilitates simpler installation and provides a superior seal, suitable for engines operating under increased boost pressure. Urethane rubber o-rings were selected for their ability to withstand degradation from the oils present in the intake manifold.
Our uniquely crafted swirl flap plug is intended to fill the gap created after the swirl flap is taken out. The housing of the swirl flap motor will secure the plug in position. To install it, you will need to take off the inlet manifold. Take out the swirl flaps and the rod associated with them, including the rod bearings. Place the plug in the space where the rod bearing used to be. Then, reattach the manifold.
