BMW N57 and N57S Intake Manifold Swirl Flap Delete Kit

Blanks are made from high quality billet Aluminium;

The kit contains: 6 gaskets and 1 plug made from premium aluminium with O-rings. The plug is intended to seal the gap left in the inlet manifold of the N57 Engine after the swirl flaps have been taken out. This plug effectively closes the opening in the intake bridge that results from the removal of the swirl flap shaft. The included spacer is designed to maintain the correct pressure if the original base is worn out.
After the swirl flap motor housing is installed, it secures the plug in position. This component is compatible with the following BMW models:
