Description

This kit includes one 2mm stainless steel blanking plate to block off the EGR port.

By closing off the flow on one side of the EGR, against the turbo manifold, you can keep all the original factory parts in place. This maintains a completely stock look under the bonnet, and you won’t need to bypass any of the other parts.

Vehicle Fitment:
  • Focus/ Fiesta/ Figo/ Ecosport TDCI 1.4/1,5/1,6
    Typically 2010-2019, but some outside that range has been found to be the same

Installation Info:

  • Fitment: The plate fits on the turbo manifold side.
  • Gaskets: Gaskets are not included. The factory metal gaskets are highly durable and almost always reusable if handled carefully during removal.
  • DIY: Designed for straightforward installation if you are handy with basic tools and have a general understanding of mechanics.
  • Cape Town Fitment: If you prefer professional installation, we offer fitment at our workshop in Cape Town. Please contact us directly for pricing and booking availability.

⚠️ Note:

  • An ECU software adjustment (EGR delete) is required immediately after fitting this kit. If you do not disable the system in the software, it will trigger the check engine light and may put the vehicle into limp mode.

  • Available on Backorder: Made to order once payment is received. Please allow roughly 3 to 7 working days for manufacturing.
