This kit includes two thick stainless steel plates to completely remove the EGR Cooler on Ford Ranger, Everest and Mazda BT-50 2.2 & 3.2 Diesel

• Ford Ranger & Everest: 2.2 & 3.2 Diesel models
• Mazda BT-50: 2.2 & 3.2 Diesel models
• Ford Transit: 2.2 & 3.2 Euro 4 & 5 vans (Does not fit Euro 6)
• Land Rover Defender: 2.4 Puma engines (2007 onwards)

• Fitment: The larger thick plate fits against the turbo manifold where the EGR cooler would be and the smaller plate on the EGR Cooler side of the EGR valve. The EGR Cooler needs to be removed to fit these thick plates, please ensure you understand its a rather big task. The Blank off kit is far easier to install. Only the 2 plates are included, no water bypass or other hardware currently included, you will need to find your own solution for the remaining parts needed.
• Gaskets: Gaskets are not included. The factory metal gaskets are highly durable and almost always reusable if handled carefully during removal.
• DIY: Designed for straightforward installation if you are handy with basic tools and have a general understanding of mechanics.
  
• Cape Town Fitment: If you prefer professional installation, we offer fitment at our workshop in Cape Town. Please contact us directly for pricing and booking availability.

• In Stock: Already manufactured and ready to go. We usually ship the same day or the next working day after payment clears, depending on daily courier cut-off times.
• Available on Backorder: Made to order once payment is received. Please allow roughly 3 to 7 working days for manufacturing.
