Shipping & Returns Policy

Normal shipping is done by Courier. If you need faster service, please call or e-mail in advance for availability and rush shipment options. All parts in stock are usually shipped the same or the next day. Please allow 1-2 weeks for manufacturing if an item is out of stock. If a part is on backorder from one of our suppliers, you will be notified on the approximate lead time. All South African shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart total. This includes handling and packaging, but there are exceptions. Delivery to rural or far lying areas and places of high risk, the courier charges extra, we will notify the customer if we see the courier charges extra, its for the clients account.

International orders need to request a shipping quote via email.


NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS (This includes ALL products that are not in stock at Motor Cade Motorsport).

Product warranties are only those of the manufacturer. There is no warranty, refunds or exchanges allowed for electronic components, intercoolers or any filters. Please report all shipping damages to the carrier immediately. PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE).

Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses, courier charges are NOT refundable. However, we will gladly exchange the part and pay for return shipping if a mistake is made on our part. We are here to serve our customers any way we can.

Check all local laws before ordering. Many after-market components are made for off-road use only and may also void your automobile manufacturer’s warranty. This is the standard among the automotive aftermarket industry.
