Description

This kit includes two 2mm stainless steel blanking plates to completely block off the EGR ports.

By closing off both sides of the EGR, you can keep all the original factory parts in place. This maintains a completely stock look under the bonnet, and you won’t need to bypass any of the EGR parts.

Installation Info:

  • Fitment: The one plate fits on the intake manifold side, and the other plate fits on the turbo manifold side.
  • Gaskets: Gaskets are not included. The factory metal gaskets are highly durable and almost always reusable if handled carefully during removal.
  • DIY: Designed for straightforward installation if you are handy with basic tools and have a general understanding of mechanics.
  • Cape Town Fitment: If you prefer professional installation, we offer fitment at our workshop in Cape Town. Please contact us directly for pricing and booking availability.

⚠️ Note:

  • An ECU software adjustment (EGR delete) is required immediately after fitting this kit. If you do not disable the system in the software, it will trigger the check engine light and may put the vehicle into limp mode.
Stock & Availability
  • In Stock: Already manufactured and ready to go. We usually ship the same day or the next working day after payment clears, depending on daily courier cut-off times.
  • Available on Backorder: Made to order once payment is received. Please allow roughly 3 to 7 working days for manufacturing.
